Welcome! I’m Thessaly. As a wife and mother of two, I know how important it is to feel pampered and beautiful in your own skin. I’ve designed my studio-suite salon experience to leave you relaxed and inspired all while enhancing your natural beauty. I’ve been a stylist for 20+ years and I specialize in natural highlights, dimensional color, and custom haircuts. I love taking continuing education in the ever-changing hair industry. In my personal life, I am often looking up RV renovations on Pinterest, chasing after my special needs son and my two rescue dogs (sometimes at the same time!). I have become a master of adapting to my daughter’s busy and seemingly ever-changing college schedule. I look forward to meeting you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy Modifications or Rescheduling Appointments may be modified or rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to manage my schedule and reserve appointment times for all clients. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, up to $500. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. I allow a 15-minute window for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled, depending on the service and remaining appointment time. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply. No-Shows Not arriving for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price. This appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another client. Repeated Policy Violations Repeated last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. I reserve the right to discontinue booking clients who repeatedly do not adhere to these policies.
